An in-house design and build project delivering a large, contemporary family home following demolition of the existing bungalow.

We purchased the site, obtained planning permission, and then designed and built the scheme end-to-end, resulting in a highly considered family residence.

Standout features include a striking 5m vaulted ceiling to the first floor, a wood burner as the centrepiece of the main living space, and extensive built-in storage including a walk-in wardrobe — combining generous, light-filled living space with everyday practicality.
